4. Booking Terms
When booking through Clefmate, you enter a direct contract with the hotel. Clefmate facilitates reservation processing.
5. Payments
Payments may be online or on arrival depending on hotel policy. Clefmate does not store full card details.
6. User Responsibilities
No misuse of the platform
No unauthorized access attempts
No false information
7. Partner Hotel Responsibilities
Hotels must provide accurate availability, pricing, and comply with local regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All Clefmate branding, software, and content are owned by Fennelsoft Technologies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Clefmate is not liable for hotel service issues, property damages, guest misconduct, or third‑party failures.
10. Termination
Clefmate may terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
